GENERAL CONDITIONS
This website is intended only for the use of persons who are non-muslims of 21 years of age or older. Persons under 21 years of age are prohibited from using this Site in any way. As such, the consumption of products purchased at our site is only intended for non-muslims above 21 years of age.
ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION
We attempt to provide information as accurate as possible regarding the products, specification, prices and services. However, we cannot warrant that the information is up-to-date or error free as there may be inaccuracies or omissions that may be related to products, pricing, descriptions, promotions, shipping or availability. As such, we reserve the right to update any information, errors and inaccuracies at our discretion or cancel any orders if the information representing a product is incorrect. Products may be discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any orders placed with us for any reason. As such, the order confirmation does imply our acceptance of the order or an obligation to fulfill the order.
In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact and notify you via e-mail, billing address or phone number that was provided to us at the time the order was made.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. As a customer, you agree to provide complete and accurate information for purchases made.
PROMOTIONS
House of Hops will run promotional activities on certain products for limited periods only. We undertake no obligation to provide prior notice when starting or discontinuing promotional activities.
DELIVERY
We shall process orders after payment is received. For orders made before 6pm from Mon-Fri (excluding Public Holidays), or before 3pm on Sat, delivery will be arranged on the same day, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Else, deliveries will be done on the next working day. Any requests for specific delivery day/time will be subject to our assessment. We will try our best to fulfill your orders at the specified time as requested.
We engage with third party logistic providers that employ Delivery Agents to carry out the deliveries. As such, we will not be liable to any negligence or misconduct from Delivery Agents in the execution of a delivery order. Please raise any such issues encountered directly with the Delivery Agent. Deliveries are paid upfront by us and require no payment upon receipt. Please inform us if Delivery Agents request any payment from you.
For deliveries within Klang Valley, we offer free deliveries with a minimum purchase of RM 150 and above. Else, there will be flat rate RM 25 for delivery or you can opt for self pickup. However, we reserve the right to amend the minimum order or shipping rates without prior notice.
