Damages and issues
If you're checking this out, that means you've either bought from us, or is planning to! Either way, we just want to thank you for supporting us!
We do our best to ensure that your items are well-packed and secure before shipping out and reaches you exactly in the same condition. But there may be a few bumps along the way!
So when receiving your order, please inspect your items and contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours with pictures of the items and order no. if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can immediately assist you on the issue and make it right.
While we're at it, make sure the items are in same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange unfortunately cannot be accepted.
We will assess the product exchange and notify you whether its approved. If so, you will be eligible for an exchange. You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
