How do I place an order?
You can shop in our store in 3 simple steps:
1. Browse through our catalog of drinks/merch and click 'Add to Cart'.
2. To review your cart, click on 'Cart' on the upper right corner of the page.
3. Review your order and proceed to fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option and proceed to go to the Payment page.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after order is successfully placed.
How can I know my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order is successfully placed.
Can I cancel/amend my order after it has been confirmed?
You may cancel or amend your order as long as you have not made any payment. However, once payment is made, you will not be able to cancel or amend your order.
What is the minimum order?
No minimum order! But delivery charges of RM 25 for orders below RM 200, or alternatively you can choose self pick up.
Why are the labels displayed in store different from what I received?
Some of the beers from breweries such as Collective Arts feature a few different designs for the same type of beer, so the labels are sent at random. If you'd like a specific design, you can drop us a request and we'll see if its available!
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Currently we only deliver within Klang Valley.
What are your delivery charges?
No delivery charges if you spend min RM 200! Or order below RM 200 with flat rate RM 25, or choose self-pick up option during checkout.
Can I self-collect my order?
Yes you can! Just select self pick up during checkout, and call us at 03- 7886 9131, or send us a message when you arrive!
Do note that available hours for pick up are:
1. Mon - Fri: 12pm-6pm
2. Sat: 12pm-3pm
Can you deliver chilled beer?
Yes we can! Just make sure to add in the comments that you would like chilled beers while placing your order.
How soon can I expect my order after payment is made?
We offer same day delivery (excluding Public Holidays/Sundays)!
We process orders from 12pm - 6pm from Mon-Fri, and 12pm-3pm on Sat. If you order after 6pm Mon- Fri or after 3pm Sat, delivery will be done on the next working day.
If you need to arrange delivery for a specific day, make sure to mention it in the comments when placing your order.
Do you process orders during Public Holidays/weekends?
We don't process orders on Public Holidays. For orders made before 3pm on Saturdays, we can arrange for same day delivery. But any orders after that or on Sunday will be delivered on the next working day!
Who does the delivery?
Our delivers are fulfilled through logistic providers that employ delivery partners.
What happens if I'm not available to receive my package upon delivery?
The delivery partner will contact you upon arrival. So if you won't be available, you can assign someone to collect on your behalf.
Please note we are not responsible for lost delivery packages.
If the package cannot be collected by anyone, it will be returned to us and we will send you an email regarding a second delivery attempt. Please note the second delivery attempt will be at a rate of RM 25.
Help! Why haven't I received my order yet?
If you haven't received your packages, please inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately assist you.
What type of payment methods can I use?
We support multiple payment methods through iPay88 such as Online Banking, Debit/Credit Card and multiple e-Wallets such as Boost, GrabPay, Touch n'Go etc.
Can I pay with cash upon delivery?
We are unable to accept cash upon delivery.
Refunds & Exchange
I received the wrong products, what should I do?
Oops, we're really sorry about that! Please email us at email@example.com or call us up with your order details and we'll immediately assist you. While we're at it, please make sure the products are kept safely in good condition and is unused and unopened.
Can I get a refund/exchange for broken/damaged items?
We do our best to ensure that your items are well-packed and secure before shipping out and reaches you exactly in the same condition. But there may be a few bumps along the way!
So when receiving your order, please inspect your items and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with pictures of the items and order no. if the item is damaged, so that we can immediately assist you on the issue and make it right.
While we're at it, make sure the items are in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
We will assess the product exchange/store credit eligibility and notify you whether its approved.
